Authorized use
School portals are intended for authorized school personnel, teachers/advisers, parents/guardians and other users whose access has been approved by the relevant school.
Account responsibility
Users must protect credentials and must not use another person's account. Platform and school administrators may suspend access where misuse or security risk is identified.
School responsibility
Each school is responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection and operational use of the records it manages through its tenant portal.
Availability and changes
The platform may receive maintenance, security updates and feature changes. Schools should maintain appropriate procedures for temporary service interruptions.
