Staff can review scanner status, delivery outcomes, attendance history and communication timelines.
Communication status remains visible to the operator.
Online scans can show Attendance Saved plus In-App, SMS and Email status. Offline scans remain clearly marked until synchronization processes the server-side communication rules.
